Need help finding a serial number? The printer appears to be performing the scan and the email itself is being received - just without any attachment. I have looked and cannot see within Gmail where it is blocking attachments, and I do regularly receive scans to the same account from my work computer.

I have the same issue on my new HP Emails scan fine, just with out scanned item itself.
Same problem. I've tried different email addresses registered to different domains - yahoo, gmail, etc and I receive the emails, but not the attachments.
Same problem here!! Just bought new Worked the first few times. A week later, 1 out of 7 attempt sent the attachment to my email. It's scanning and reading it fine because I can send it to USB. The Scan-to-Email App system is currently going through updates at this time and service could be affected.
